According to GameSpot, Nintendo of America has today revealed the packaging design for their upcoming handheld DS system. A single and multiplayer demo of the game "Metroid Prime Hunters" is included with the system, and is featured on the box.
The Nintendo DS is the next evolution of Nintendo's world-dominating handheld entertainment hardware, but it is apparently NOT intended to "replace" the existing GameBoy Advance SP. That being said, the DS is much more complex and powerful than its predecessors. Sporting two screens--one of which is touch senstitive--the system also comes with a stylus, and will reportedly offer several "PDA" style functions in the future.
The DS will be released on November 21, and will retail for $149.99 here in the U.S.
